WAGON AND TANKER ASSIT ON A 7-6 LOCAL
Mon, Jan 18th, 2010 2:32:00 am -  Early this morning around 02:30, Engine 7-9-2 was alerted along with a first alarm assignment for a mobile home fire. The call came in from 814 Old Chickies Hill Road reporting a mobile home to be on fire. Chief 7-6 arrived with a single wide mobile home settled on a basement foundation confirming a working fire; he met up with Deputy 7-9 (Mohr) and advised him to take the Suppression Supervisor position, and Deputy 7-6 to take the Command. Engine 8-1-1 arrived and secured a water source at the end of the lane. Engine 7-9-2 arrived and was instructed to meet up with crews from 8-1 to assist with the fire attack in the basement. Minutes after crews made entry into the basement the EVAC tone was struck and all crews were pulled out of the basement. Both engine crews regrouped and conversed with the suppression supervisor to make an attack from the 1st floor.  Crews remained on the scene with extensive over-haul till about 07:30 hrs.
