FOUR RUNS FOR THE DAY!
Thu, Jul 15th, 2010 2:53:00 pm - 08:13 Hrs, Company 7-9 was alerted to 157 Eleanor Drive for a reported auto alarm. Engine 7-9-2 arrived to find normal conditions and established the 7-9 command. Engine crew found the source to be a faulty smoke detector in the residence. Command 7-9 placed the box in service at 08:24 Hrs.

13:46 Hrs, Rescue 7-9 responded to Route 30 East Bound (York County) for a Vehicle Accident with reported entrapment. First arriving crews found a total of 5 patients injured with 2 trapped. Rescue 7-9 arrived assisted crews where needed.    

15:16 Hrs, While the Rescue was still on the scene of the crash on Route 30, Command 41 redirected the Rescue to Route 30 and the Hellam exit for a Class 2 crash. The Rescue arrived and provided fluid control and hazard removal. Rescue 7-9 then transferred to Station 21 (Hellam).

20:37 Hrs, Rescue 7-9 transferred back to Station 21 (Hellam) due to a 3 Alarm fire in Newberry Township. Rescue 7-9 was placed in service at 22:11 Hrs.
