| ASSISTING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT ON THE 4TH |

Company 7-9 was alerted to 545 Shadetree Blvd in Castleton Villa Apartment Complex to assist the Police Department. Chief 7-9, Chief 7-9-1, and Chief 7-9-2 all responded with LCWC advising them of the Police Department requested Company 7-9 to search the residence for a hazardous material used in a domestic prior in the day. The Chief's arrived to meet up with the Police Department, and set up the 7-9 Command. Engine 7-9-2 and the Rescue arrived and set up manpower staging. Tanker 7-9 arrived and set up a decon station. A team of 2 personnel was sent into the residence to monitor and search for the hazardous material believed to be a type of acid. The team's search came back negative with a normal air reading. Command 7-9 turned over the incident over the Police Department for further investigation. |
