ONE TRAPPED ON COLEBROOK ROAD AND A STOVE FIRE IN 75'S FIRST DUE
Sun, Aug 18th, 2013 5:50:00 pm - Just after midnight, Company 79 along with Engine 702 was dispatched to the intersection of Donegal Springs Road and Colebrook Road for a Vehicle Accident with reported Entrapment. Chief 79 arrived to find a 2 vehicle crash head on with one patient still inside. Rescue 79 arrived going to work with the extrication. Company 79 preformed a 4 door removal, dash push and took the roof in 12 minutes placing the patient in care of EMS. Engine 702 was assigned suppression for the duration of the incident.

While crews were still operating on the Vehicle Accident, Rescue 791 was alerted for a possible house on fire in Mount Joy Borough. The Rescue responded staffed with 8 and Chief 79 and Chief 793 running as the MAC Chief's. Chief 753 arrived to find smoke coming from side alpha, and reporting a fire on the stove. Chief 753 had the knocked the fire down with a dry chem, and kept in check until Engine 751 arrived. Rescue 791 arrived and was advised to set up the R.I.T on side alpha. The incident was quickly marking under control and Rescue 791 was placed in service.
