RESCUE 791 DUE FOR TRAIN CAR FIRE
Tue, Jul 2nd, 2013 3:49:00 pm - Around 10:34 Hours, Rescue 791 responded staffed with 5 to the area of 55 Maibach Lane in Rapho Township for a Train Car on fire. Chief 75-3 arrived with a working fire near several rail road cars and requested for additional apparatus and manpower. Rescue 791 provided the R.I.T services. Once Rescue 804 arrived they assisted with the R.I.T crew. The crew was later deployed for a possible Firefighter Down. Once the Hazmat personnel arrived they were able to shut off the vapor and liquid valves on exposed cars it quickly reduced the fire size.  Rescue 791 remained on the scene for several hours assisting where needed.

Rescue 41-1 and Tanker 44 covered East Donegal during the incident. Rescue 41-1 was pulled into the scene and Rescue 88 (Dauphin) covered the transfer assignment.
